Step 01: Initial Consultation
We like to start things off with a complimentary consultation call to get to know one another. During this meeting, we’ll review a series of questions to learn more about your business and project needs. We will also use this time to review our design process, go over project ideas for your business, and provide you with an estimated timeline and cost.
Step 02: Booking Your Project
After our consultation call, a formal proposal will be submitted to you within 1-2 business days outlining 2-3 package options specifically created for your business. Each package option will have its own set payment plan so that you can choose the option best suited to your budget. After you’ve chosen your package, a contract and invoice will be sent to you to book your project.
Step 03: Project Kickoff
To kick off your project, we will conduct a thorough call to review a step-by-step client task list, consisting of all we need from you in order to begin work on your project. This list may include: a brand development questionnaire, fillable content documents, a password form, and additional items needed based on your specific project.
Step 04: Content Review
After you’ve completed your client tasks, our team will thoroughly review all of your website copy to ensure everything is copyedited. During a scheduled content review with you, we’ll provide any suggestions we might have to enhance your website content, giving you time to implement these before we take our next steps.
Step 05: Brand Design
Following a complete brand strategy session, we’ll craft a customized creative direction for your brand, which will outline your ideal target audience, a mood board, custom color palette, and further details. From there, we will work through a series of design phases to create your photography direction, complete logo suite, and any brand collateral.
Step 06: Website Design
Applying your new branding, photography, and written copy, we’ll design a user-friendly website with easy-to-navigate page flows for your audience to enjoy. Then, we’ll develop your website in-house, building out its live pages using custom CSS throughout while integrating necessary elements that are specific to your service, product, industry, and audience.
Step 07: Website Testing
Before we launch your new brand and website, we need to make sure everything works as it’s supposed to. We’ll go through a phase of testing across different browsers, screens, and devices to ensure a seamless customer experience. As soon as everything is working up to our standards, we’ll schedule a soft launch so you can review the website from a viewer’s perspective.
Step 08: Launch Phase
To prepare for your launch, we’ll wrap up our time together with a final teaching session where we’ll review your completion packet and go over important website know-hows. Leaving you with the tools and resources necessary to continue applying a cohesive brand presence across all online and offline platforms, we’ll finally launch your vision for all the world to see, providing up to seven days of technical support to get you off the ground.

What is the one concept method?
Instead of creating several design options, we strategize with you to ensure we are fully on the same page, allowing us to focus our efforts on creating one design concept for your business, that meets your needs, connects with your audience, and achieves your goals.
How long will my project take?
Typically, a complete branding and website design project will take 2-5 months. However, if you need only one service, brand only projects range from 4-8 weeks, and website only projects range from 6-10 weeks.
How many revisions will I receive?
We provide initial concepts with two rounds of refinements for each design item. Additional design rounds can be purchased for an extra cost; however, many clients don’t utilize the two rounds of refinements that are included.
Do you design standalone logos?
Because we believe powerful brand identities are made up of consistent visual elements, we do not design logo only projects. Instead, we commit valuable knowledge and design expertise to creating the most thoughtful identities possible, creating an array of brand marks and guidelines fit for every situation.
What if I need to hire a brand photographer?
We love collaborating with brand photographers to ensure that your brand and imagery all work together as one cohesive unit. We will provide you with a list of photographers in your area that we recommend, and schedule a 1-hour collaboration call to ensure everyone is on the same page for your shoot.
What final files will I receive?
During your final brand review, we will review your complete brand style guide, any re-usable templates, and all final files, which will be in the following formats: JPG, PDF, PNG, AI, EPS, and SVG). Raw files are not included.
Who will print and/or input my collateral assets?
Printing collateral or inputting digital collateral into social platforms is the responsibility of the client. If you would like us to handle this for you for your project, we would love to help you! This service will be an additional cost.
What platform do you build websites on?
We build all of our websites on WordPress or Shopify. For our service-based business owners, your website will be built on WordPress; whereas, for our e-commerce business owners, your website will be created on Shopify.
Who will maintain my website after completion?
Ongoing website maintenance and updates will be the responsibility of the client after the project is complete. If you do not want to manage this, we would be happy to assist you through our monthly maintenance plan.
Do I need to purchase domain and hosting?
Yes, you will need to purchase your domain and hosting. Within your client task list, we will have a few options that we recommend specifically for your project so that you can choose the option that best fits your needs and budget.
Where do I purchase domain and hosting?

Do I need to prepare anything before I reach out?
No. If you decide to book, we will have a list of client tasks with step-by-step instructions that walk you through how to complete each item. If you want to get ahead of things, please purchase your custom email and office number (if needed).
What will I need to prepare for my brand project?
For each branding project, a detailed task list will be provided to you at the start of your project, which will include a brand development questionnaire, Pinterest board activity, and list of written content that we need for any collateral materials.
What will I need to prepare for my website project?
This task list is very dependent on the type of website that you will have, but typically, you will complete our client password form, all written website content using our fillable documents, and provide imagery, videos, etc.
What is expected of me as a client?
Each of our custom projects is a collaboration. While we are creating the design of your brand and website, it is very important that you complete your client tasks, provide feedback on design items, and attend any meetings.
How much does a custom design project cost?
Each project is unique to the specific client and their business. Because of this, we do not have set pricing and packaging. Instead, we discuss your specific needs during an initial consultation and create a custom proposal based on the specific goals you have.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we do! We we understand this is an investment for you. Based on your budget and the design option that you decide to proceed with, we will have a set payment plan within your contract, which is typically broken into 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6-months.
What additional costs might come up?
This can vary for each project, but typically you can expect the following items to come up: website builder, photographer, hosting, domain, custom email, and email marketing service. We will provide recommendations for each item.
What if I don't have the budget?
If you have a smaller budget but still need a brand and website, we would be happy to discuss this with you, as there are other solutions that we offer including one-page websites and template websites that are smaller investments.
