What are your office hours?

Our studio is open from Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central. We are closed Fridays, weekends, and holidays. We respond to all emails within 1-2 business days.

What if I have questions before my initial call?

What can I expect for your design process?

For our template customization projects, we have created a design experience that is thorough yet efficient so that you can have your website up and running as soon as possible. If you’d like a complete look at our process for this service, click HERE.

How many revisions will I receive?

Since this is not a custom design project and we are utilizing a website theme, which is pre-designed, we will provide you with the initial design and up to one round of refinements. Additional design rounds can be purchased for an extra cost if needed.

How long will my project take?

For a template customization website, you can expect your website to be completed within 2-3 weeks. This will include SEO configuration and website testing for a variety of screen sizes.

What if I want further customization to the theme?

With each Shopify template customization project, we will incorporate your unique branding, photography, and content. If you would like additional customization to the layout or functionality of the theme, we would be happy to discuss this with you as an add-on to your project.

What happens if I don’t have a brand created?

If you don’t have a brand identity created, we would love to help! You can add-on one our Custom Brand Design Packages. This will typically add 4-8 weeks to your project, but you’ll walk away with a unique brand perfectly suited to your business goals and target audience.

What if I need to hire a brand photographer?

We love collaborating with brand photographers to ensure that your brand and imagery all work together as one cohesive unit. If you need assistance with photography direction and hiring a photographer, please let us know, and we would be happy to assist with this for an added fee.

How many products will you input into my website?

We will input up to 20 products for our template customization projects; however, additional products can always be added on for an extra cost. Please mention your total product count on our initial consultation, so we can discuss this further.

Do I need to prepare anything before I reach out?

No. If you decide to book, we will have a list of client tasks with step-by-step instructions that walk you through how to complete each item. If you want to get ahead of things, please purchase your custom email and office number (if needed).

What client tasks will I have to prepare?

A detailed task list will be provided to you at the start of your project. Typically, you will complete a client password form, an e-commerce form, and provide brand files, written website content, and imagery.

Do I need to go ahead and purchase Shopify?

No, you don’t. After we’ve chosen a theme and created your website, we will transfer ownership to you once the website is complete. At that time, you’ll be prompted to create your Shopify account and choose a monthly plan.

What is expected of me as a client?

Each of our projects are a collaboration. While we are creating the design of your new website, it is very important that you complete your client tasks, provide feedback on items, and attend any meetings.

How much does template customization cost?

To download our pricing guide, click HERE. This guide will provide you with set package options for our template customization service. Please keep in mind add-ons are available if you need additional pages or products beyond the package options.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we do! We understand this is an investment for you. To make this service more affordable, we will have a set payment plan within your contract, which will be broken into a 2-month payment plan, 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

Is the Shopify theme cost included?

The cost of the Shopify theme is not included. We will collaborate together to find the perfect Shopify theme for your business. At that time, you’ll be prompted to pay for this. Typically the cost of a Shopify theme ranges between $200-$400.

What's not included in the cost?

Typically you can expect to pay additionally for the following items: branding, monthly plan with Shopify, Shopify theme, photographer, copywriting, domain, custom email, and email marketing service. We will provide recommendations if needed.
