A Few Extra Notes for
Semi-Custom Branding Suites
Font Licensing
Within each brand, we have selected a font system for you to utilize for consistency. Font files are NOT included in your purchase, but links will be provided so that you can purchase them yourself. Some fonts are free, and others are $15-$25 each.
Booking a Slot
We complete files for 1 semi-custom branding project per week. These slots are booked on a first come first serve basis. Once your brand is purchased, you will complete our brand form and select your design start date. Files will be delivered 7 business days after.
Revisions
On your design start date, our studio will prepare a preview of your files. At this time, you can request one round of revisions. The brand layout will stay as is, but verbiage or design element placement can be altered. Additional revisions will be billed at $250/hr.
Brand Licensing
This brand purchase can only be used for one business. Additional licenses must be purchased for brands with multiple companies. Each kit will be sold seven times. Patterns displayed are NOT included in your purchase.
Final Sales
Once a branding kit has been purchased, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided. Branding kids may not be replicated, edited, sold, or distributed elsewhere, online or offline.
Download Files
Once your files are all ready, you will receive an email from us with access to a Dropbox folder that includes a video walk-through and all ready-to-use files for your brand. You’ll have 48 hours to download these files.
Here's How It Works
Step 01. Select Your Brand Option
First, choose the semi-custom brand option from our collection that resonates with your business. Within each semi-custom brand option, there will be 2 color palette options available, so you can select the one that best aligns with your brand.
Step 02: Complete the Form
Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll receive an email from our design studio prompting you to select your design start date and fill out a form with your business name, color palette selection, and any additional details we might need.
Step 03: Confirmation and Start of Work
Once your form is submitted, you will receive confirmation of your selected start date and an additional email once our team has started work on your design files. We schedule 1 premade branding project per week, and these are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Step 04. Preview of Brand Files
Within 2 business days of your start date, we’ll send you a preview of your customized brand for your approval.
Step 05: Revision Round
You’ll have the opportunity for one revision round to ensure your brand is perfect. This revision round includes adjusting the positioning of design elements if needed within the semi-custom brand or altering the wording of your brand name or tagline. Revision requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the preview being sent. Additional revision rounds can be purchased for an extra charge.
Step 06: File Delivery and Walkthrough
Once we receive final approval, our design team will save all files and provide you with a video walkthrough on how to utilize your new brand effectively. Then, you can celebrate your new brand launch!

How will the brand be customized to my business?
Your chosen branding kit will be customized to reflect your business identity. This includes swapping out the business name and tagline in the files. Additionally, with each brand, there will be 2 unique custom color palette options so that you can select the option that’s most suitable to your brand.
How long does it take to receive my brand assets?
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to a form for you to complete. Once this form is submitted, your brand assets will be delivered within 7 business days of the start date you select. This ensures a prompt delivery of your branding kit tailored to your specific business needs.
What types of files do I receive?
You’ll receive both digital and print files, including JPG and PNG formats for easy use across various platforms. Additionally, you’ll receive editable file types such as AI, EPS, and SVG. Please note that these editable files are outlined, allowing you to adjust the size and color of the design, but not the design elements themselves.
Can I come back to you for collateral add-ons?
Yes, you can! We offer an array of print and digital collateral add-ons, including business cards, social media graphics, packaging design, and so much more. Simply reach out to us with your requirements, and we’ll be happy to assist you in enhancing your brand presence with additional collateral.
Can I use assets for both online and offline purposes?
Absolutely! Our brand assets are designed to be versatile and can be used across a variety of platforms, both online and offline.
