2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Digital Products

• Our digital products include website templates and downloadable prints.
• Upon purchase, you will receive a link to download the digital files.
• All digital product sales are final, as these products cannot be returned or exchanged.

3.2 Physical Products

Physical products include prints that are shipped to the customer. Availability, descriptions, and images of physical products are accurate to the best of our ability, but slight variations may occur.

4. Ordering and Payment

Prices are displayed in USD and may change without prior notice. Payments are required at the time of purchase. If the item is purchased in a payment plan or installments, customer is required to make the payments set at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other payment gateways offered on our website at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently only ship physical products within the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Thoroughfare Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Refund and Return Policy

6.1 Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital goods. For technical issues with downloads, contact us at hello@thoroughfaredesign.com.

6.2 Physical Products

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable. Contact us at hello@thoroughfaredesign.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the return is inspected and approved.

6.3 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

7. Licensing and Usage (For Digital Products)

Digital products, including website templates and downloadable prints, are for personal or business use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial reproduction of digital products is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Thoroughfare Design is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
