Returns & Refunds

1. Physical Products

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance promotion are non-refundable.

Return Process:

Contact us at hello@thoroughfaredesign.com with your order number to initiate a return. We will provide you with a preprinted return shipping label.

Note: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please ship the product using the provided label via USPS to the return address specified.

Refund Details:

Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs ($10) are non-refundable.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital downloads are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products under any circumstances.

If you experience technical issues with your digital purchase, please contact us at hello@thoroughfaredesign.com, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Digital products.
  • Shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
