Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States. Due to deliverability issues, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Orders are shipped via USPS. Flat Rate Shipping: $7.00.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, especially during holidays or severe weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been processed and shipped. If you need help with your tracking number, email us your order number and we will send your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Items

We strive to ensure your items arrive safely. However, Thoroughfare Design is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at hello@thoroughfaredesign.com within 14 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include assisting with filing a claim with the carrier or providing a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Delays

Thoroughfare Design is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen events, particularly during peak holiday seasons.
