Thoroughfare Design operates the website thoroughfaredesign.com. Thoroughfare Design’s policy is to respect your privacy regarding any information I may collect while using our websites.
Website Visitors
Like most website operators, Thoroughfare Design collects non-personally identifying information that the browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Thoroughfare Design collects non-personally identifying information to better understand how Thoroughfare Design visitors use its website. Google Analytics is software that grabs data about my visitors (you). It’s something like an advanced server log.
What do I do with your data?
The tracking information allows me to understand better the kind of people who come to my site and what content they’re reading. This will enable me to make better decisions about design, content, writing topics, etc. It allows us to understand better what quality content is for the users (you).
Occasionally, I will compile aggregate statistics about the visitors this site receives and browsers being used. No personally identifying data is included in this type of reporting.
All of my activity falls within the bounds of the Google Analytics Terms of Service.
Cookies
A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Thoroughfare Design uses cookies to help Thoroughfare Design identify and track visitors, their usage of the Thoroughfare Design website, and their website access preferences. If Thoroughfare Design, or substantially all of its assets, are acquired, or in the unlikely event that Thoroughfare Design goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets transferred or acquired by a third party. If ads appearing on our website may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies.
